Meet Will

★ Deep Roots in Rockland

Will has lived in Congers since he’s five years-old and his wife Donna since she’s 15. Together, they’ve raised three girls, who have all gone on to become first responders.

★ Career Law Enforcement Officer

Will started out a beat cop in the 46th Precinct in the Bronx, transferred to Terrorism Task Force, and retired at the Manhattan South Homicide Squad/Division as a Detective, 3rd Grade.

★ Small Business Owner

Will owned and operated “Kennelly’s” for 25 years – where his greatest joy was meeting and getting to know all the people who call Rockland County home.
